Kimagure Orange Road

Microcabin were highly prolific during the late 80's early 90's with computer adventure games. Their adventure game template found itself applied to quite a number of anime titles.

Kimagure Orange Road bears all the hallmarks of a typical Microcabin adventure; a fairly empty screen, loads of actions to choose from and text that constantly piles up. This isn't the most inviting interface which is a shame as the art is well drawn, if dated, and often well animated too.

Unfortunately that huge heap of Japanese words down the right of the screen aren't the easiest obstacles to over come so only the most persevering non-fluent Kimagure fan is going to get through this.
